The Winner of the Tempest ARC!!!!

I know, I know.  I'm super late with this, at least according to the date on my last post.  But on a few loops, I extended the date to the first Friday in January, so now that it's Monday I am finally posting the winner of the Tempest Rising ARC, along with some very cool smelly stuff I picked up at Victoria's Secret the other day :)
